These retail projects at 2858 E 83rd St and 4439 W 63rd St involved roof replacements of 20,000 S.F. and 12,000 S.F., respectively. Both locations received a 60-mil TPO fully adhered system, ensuring maximum durability and energy efficiency for the commercial spaces. The installations provided seamless, weather-tight protection designed for long-term performance.
