These new construction projects, located at 1257/1357 W Roosevelt and 1006 S Racine Ave, involved the installation of brand-new roofing systems. For both packages, a 60-mil TPO fully adhered system was implemented to ensure superior energy efficiency and structural protection. The precision-installed systems provide a seamless, weather-resistant finish for the new development.
